To check-in at Serena Village, the day of your check-in date (Check-in Date) from 3:00 p.m. (15:00) to 7:00 p.m. you need to contact our Reservations Department number +1 829-341-4713 only from your telephone number provided when making the reservation, in order to authorize your entry into the alojamiento and to receive the keys to your Apartment .
To be transferred to our operators, you need to have a reservation number with signed issued by the SerenaVillage.NET site.
