In case you do not have a confirmed online reservation number, our call center does not allow calls to be transferred to our customer service operators.
The customer's phone number will be automatically authorized in our Call Center through the Payment Validation system. In this way, only the reservation holder can access to the confidential data of the reservation, and only by calling from the phone number provided when booking.

How Check-in:

To check-in at Serena Village, the customer needs a Confirmed Reservation and provide the RESERVATION NUMBER and the TRANSACTION ID of the Payment Receipt, granted by the Online Reservation System of our website.
The day of your arrival date (Check-in Date) from 15:00 (3:00 P.M.) to Maximum 19:00 (7:00 P.M.) you need to call the Phone number +1 829-341-4713 only from your phone number provided when booking, in order to authorize your Check-in into Serena Village and receive the keys to your Apartment. To be transferred to our operators, you need to have a Confirmed Reservation Number provided by the SerenaVillage.NET reservation website.
Our staff does not deliver and do not show Apartments to customers without a Confirmed Reservation on .
For all reservations, customers must Book Online on SerenaVillage.NET website.
