- The minimum recharge amount is 10 United States Dollars ($10 USD).

- To recharge an amount of $10 USD, you must enter the number 1 in the Recharge Quantity field and click the RECHARGE button.
- To recharge an amount of $20 USD, you must enter the number 2 in the Recharge Quantity field and click the RECHARGE button.
- To recharge an amount of $30 USD, you must enter the number 3 in the Recharge Quantity field and click the RECHARGE button.
- To recharge an amount of $40 USD, you must enter the number 4 in the Recharge Quantity field and click the RECHARGE button.

1 - Enter the Recharge Quantity and click RECHARGE.
2 - On the Recharge Submission page, complete all mandatory fields:
- CEPM METER NUMBER (in most cases, it starts with D03).
- FULL NAME (First and last name of the person performing the recharge).
- E-MAIL (Email address of the person performing the recharge).
- PHONE (Phone number of the person performing the recharge).
3 - After completing all mandatory fields, click the SUBMIT RECHARGE button.
4 - Upon completing the payment, the system sends an automatic recharge confirmation and payment receipt to your email.

ATTENTION: The system cannot send a recharge confirmation until the online payment process is completed.

An automatic recharge confirmation is sent to the customer via email only after the payment is made.
The recharge confirmation includes:
- RECHARGE NUMBER
- TRANSACTION ID
- CEPM METER RECHARGE DATA.
For all recharges, customers must pay at the time of the recharge.
If the payment process is not completed, the system cannot send a recharge confirmation.

When the kilowatt (kW) balance is depleted, the CEPM prepaid meter stops providing electricity service, and it is necessary to recharge the CEPM meter to restore electricity service.
Check CEPM balance: The customer can verify their meter's electricity consumption 24 hours a day through the prepaid monitoring system of CEPM (Consorcio Energético Punta Cana-Macao S.A.).
The customer is responsible for recharging the CEPM prepaid meter.

You only need to go to the CEPM balance link, enter the CEPM prepaid meter details in the Meter or Supply field, and click Check.
CEPM Meter Balance: The CEPM meter balance can be checked in real-time and is updated every 15 minutes.
Electricity consumption is calculated in kilowatts (kW) based on the kW consumed.
Electricity consumption depends solely on you, based on your use of household appliances and air conditioners in your apartment.

You only need to go to the CEPM balance link, enter the CEPM prepaid meter details in the Meter or Supply field, and click Check.

The CEPM meter balance can be checked in real-time and is updated every 15 minutes.

Canceled or unused recharges are not eligible for a refund.
