Reservation Confirmation:
An automatic reservation confirmation is sent to the customer by E-Mail only after making the payment.
The reservation confirmation contains the Apartment Number and the exact location.
In case of not exhausting the payment process, the system does not send Reservation Confirmation.
Our staff does not deliver and does not show Apartments to customers without Confirmed Reservation in the website SerenaVillage.NET.

In respect to the personal data of customers and too avoid identity theft and that another person can access the confidential data of the customers, our Call Center +1 829-341-4713 only accepts calls from the phone numbers provided when booking, and only for customers with a confirmed reservation. In case you do not have a confirmed reservation number, our call center does not allow calls to be transferred to our customer service operators.
The customer's phone number will be automatically authorized in our Call Center through the Payment Validation system. In this way, only the reservation holder can access to the confidential data of the reservation, and only by calling from the phone number provided when booking.

How to make Check-in:
To check-in at Serena Village Punta Cana, on the day of your check-in date from 15:00 (3:00 p.m.) to maximum 19:00 (7:00 p.m.) you need to call our Reservations Department at our number +1 (829) 341-4713 only from your phone number provided when booking, in order to authorize your entry into the Residence and to receive the keys to your Apartment.

The Serena Village One Bedroom Vacation Apartment with 1 Queen Size Bed, 1 Sofa Bed and 1 Normal Sofa.
The maximum number of people that the One Bedroom Vacation Apartment can accommodate is 4 Guests (Maximum 3 Adults + 1 Children).
Children of all ages are understood as additional guests.
It is forbidden to allow entry to your apartment to visitors and additional guests not included in your reservation.
For more than 4 Guests, you need to reserve the Two Bedrooms Apartment.
The customer is responsible for indicating the real number of guests on the reservation page, in the space Guests.
It is forbidden to accommodate more guests than the number indicated by the customer on the reservation page.

- The schedule for the use of the pools is: All Days from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. with due social distancing.

The Canceled reservations are not entitled to a refund.
In case of no-show, shortening your stay or canceling your reservation, you cannot receive a refund, and you will lose the full amount of your payment.
